Pluto In The Underworld
A Monteverdian Hip-hop: Venus having traveled to the gates of hell, implores Pluto to release those who have, during their lives, forsaken love so that she may rebuke them further. Each time she asks, Pluto refuses, and rather, puts the moves on her. Contains original text by Ottavio Rinuccini 1562-1621, culminating in parts transformed into ‘urban-hip-hop’ (translated on the streets of Harlem, NYC.)
